PINS Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how YlagainDevelopment (“YlagainDevelopment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile game PINS (“PINS” or the “Game”).
By using PINS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
PINS is a general-audience mobile game intended for users age 13 and older. PINS does not require users to create a username, provide an email address, or choose a password. The Game creates an anonymous player record through Microsoft PlayFab so that gameplay progress, inventory, virtual currency, achievements, and related game data can be stored.
PINS includes optional rewarded advertisements provided by Unity Ads and optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing and Unity In-App Purchasing.
PINS does not request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone access, phone numbers, or public user-generated content.
2. Information We Collect and Process
A. Anonymous account and identifiers
When PINS is first used, the Game creates or retrieves a locally stored, app-generated Custom ID and uses it to sign in to PlayFab. PlayFab assigns an anonymous PlayFab ID to the player record. These identifiers are used to recognize the player, maintain game progress, prevent duplicate rewards, support purchases, and provide customer support.
PINS does not currently offer a user-facing account registration or login system. Users do not provide a username, password, email address, or social-media login to play.
B. Gameplay and progression data
We process information necessary to operate the Game, which may include:
- Scores, round times, gameplay statistics, and progression;
- Inventory, unlocked cosmetic items, and equipped items;
- Virtual currency balances, including Ore and Minore;
- Achievements, collection progress, login streaks, and rewards;
- Shop, inbox, timer, and reward status;
- Ad-reward claims and cooldown information;
- Anti-cheat, validation, security, and fraud-prevention information; and
- Other settings or state needed to provide the Game.
This data is associated with the anonymous PlayFab ID rather than a name or email address.
C. Purchases and transaction data
PINS offers optional purchases of digital goods. Payments are processed by Google Play. YlagainDevelopment does not receive or store complete credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account numbers.
To verify, fulfill, restore, and prevent duplicate purchases, PINS and its service providers may process information such as:
- Product identifiers;
- Purchase history;
- Purchase tokens, receipts, order or transaction identifiers;
- Purchase status and fulfillment status; and
- The digital items or virtual currency granted to the player.
D. Reward codes
PINS allows users to enter reward or promotional codes. A submitted code is transmitted to the Game’s backend to determine whether it is valid and to grant any associated reward. Codes are not displayed publicly and are not used as public user-generated content.
E. Technical, device, network, and service data
PINS and its service providers may process technical data needed to provide, secure, diagnose, and improve the Game, including:
- IP address and network information;
- Device type, operating system, app version, language, and platform information;
- Device, advertising, installation, and other identifiers;
- Authentication, request, session, and service-event information;
- App diagnostics, errors, response information, and performance information; and
- Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and compliance information.
F. Approximate location
PINS does not request or collect precise GPS location.
Unity Ads and PlayFab may infer or process approximate location from an IP address or similar network information. Approximate location may be used for advertising, analytics, app functionality, regional compliance, security, and fraud prevention.
G. Advertising data
PINS displays optional rewarded advertisements through Unity Ads. Unity Ads may collect or share information including:
- Approximate location;
- Advertising, device, installation, and personal identifiers;
- Purchase history;
- Interactions within an advertisement, such as ad views and taps;
- App usage time when relevant Unity advertising optimization features are enabled; and
- App diagnostics and related technical information.
Unity and its advertising partners may use this information for ad delivery, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and, where permitted, personalized advertising.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Where legally required, Unity Ads or PINS may present privacy choices or a consent interface. Users may also be able to access Unity privacy choices through the privacy icon shown during an advertisement.
H. Support communications
If you contact us at pinsusersupport@gmail.com, we receive the email address used to contact us and any information you voluntarily include in the message. Support communications are used to respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, investigate abuse, and fulfill privacy requests. Support email information is not collected through normal gameplay unless you choose to contact us.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect Through PINS
PINS does not intentionally request or collect through normal gameplay:
- Your name, mailing address, or phone number;
- A user-provided account email address or password;
- Precise GPS location;
- Contacts or calendar information;
- Photos, videos, files, or documents;
- Voice or other audio recordings;
- Health, fitness, biometric, racial, ethnic, religious, political, sexual-orientation, or gender-identity information;
- SMS, MMS, private messages, or email content; or
- Public chat, public usernames, or other public user-generated content.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and maintain the anonymous player record;
- Operate, personalize, and provide Game functionality;
- Save and restore progression, inventory, currencies, and achievements;
- Display and fulfill rewarded advertisements;
- Process, validate, fulfill, and restore purchases;
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy requests;
- Maintain security and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, duplicate rewards, and unauthorized transactions;
- Diagnose errors and maintain service reliability;
- Understand ad performance and limited service usage;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and platform requirements; and
- Enforce applicable rules and protect users, YlagainDevelopment, and service providers.
5. How Information Is Shared
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Microsoft PlayFab. PlayFab provides anonymous player identity, cloud data storage, virtual economy, inventory, statistics, server logic, security, and related backend services.
Unity Technologies and advertising partners. Unity Ads provides rewarded advertising and may share data with advertising, measurement, anti-fraud, and service partners as described in Unity’s privacy materials.
Google. Google Play distributes PINS and processes in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Google may process payment, account, device, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Service providers and professional advisers. Information may be processed by vendors that help us host, secure, maintain, or support the Game, or by advisers where reasonably necessary.
Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to lawful requests; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce rights; or protect users, YlagainDevelopment, service providers, or the public.
Business transfers. If PINS or YlagainDevelopment is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
YlagainDevelopment does not directly sell users’ personal information for money. Unity Ads may collect or share advertising-related information as described in Unity’s privacy documentation and according to the user’s region and privacy choices.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Network communications with PlayFab, Unity Ads, Google Play, and related services are intended to use encryption in transit.
No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Gameplay and anonymous account data are generally retained while the player record remains active and as needed to provide PINS.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Game, fulfilling purchases, maintaining security, preventing fraud and duplicate rewards, resolving disputes, and complying with legal, accounting, tax, and platform obligations.
Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained after an account-deletion request when retention is reasonably necessary or legally required. Data stored in backups or provider systems may remain for a limited period until normal deletion and backup cycles are completed.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain data associated with you. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses.
Advertising choices may be available through:
- Consent or privacy prompts presented by Unity Ads or PINS;
- The Unity privacy icon displayed during an advertisement;
- Your Android or Google advertising and privacy settings; and
- Device-level controls for advertising identifiers.
Disabling or limiting advertising identifiers may affect ad personalization but does not necessarily prevent all advertising or data processing needed for security, measurement, or app functionality.
9. Player Data Access and Deletion
To request access to or deletion of your PINS player data, email:

PINS Data Request
Include your PlayFab ID, which is available in the PINS Settings screen, and state whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. We may request reasonable additional verification, such as confirmation or a screenshot of the PlayFab ID shown inside the Game, to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Deleting the player record may permanently delete gameplay progress, inventory, virtual currency, achievements, purchase fulfillment records, and other data associated with that PlayFab ID. Deletion may be irreversible. Previously purchased consumable content may not be recoverable after deletion. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction integrity, or dispute resolution.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Unity Ads also provides mechanisms for users to access privacy choices and request deletion of data processed by Unity. Those options may be accessible through the privacy icon displayed during an advertisement or through Unity’s privacy resources.
10. Children’s Privacy
PINS is a general-audience game intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or other user-provided personal information from children through normal gameplay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact pinsusersupport@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. International Processing
YlagainDevelopment and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, providers use legal and organizational safeguards for international data transfers.
12. Third-Party Services and Policies
The privacy practices of third-party services are governed by their own policies. You should review the current policies and privacy controls of:

Third-party services may update their practices independently of YlagainDevelopment.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to PINS, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated policy will be posted at the public Privacy Policy URL and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through another appropriate notice when required.
